A Workshop Set Up for Aprons

Our site brings together material storage, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, and packing areas. Each area has a practical role in turning the approved design into finished aprons.

  • Materials and preparation
We work with cotton canvas, polycotton, denim, leather, and coated fabrics. Material storage and cutting areas support preparation before the pieces reach the sewing workshop.
  • Core work in our factory
Our team cuts and sews the apron panels, adds pockets, straps and hardware, then handles pressing, inspection, and packing.
  • Specialist work outside the factory
Some special printing, leather engraving, special washing, or independent testing may be outsourced. We assess these suppliers and carry out incoming inspection and finished-product checks.

Cutting and Panel Preparation

We use fabric-spreading tables, automatic cutting equipment, and electric cutters to prepare apron panels. Cut pieces are checked and numbered before moving to sewing.

Seams and Reinforced Details

Computerized lockstitch, double-needle, overlock, and bar-tack machines support body seams, pockets, edge finishing, and reinforcement. The sewing method is matched to the material and construction.

Hardware and Finishing

Snap, eyelet, and rivet equipment is used for hardware installation. Heat-transfer equipment, steam-ironing tables, and pressing equipment support branding and finishing before inspection and packing.

From Material Preparation to Packing

The approved pre-production sample provides the reference for bulk work. These are the main stages carried out on the factory floor.

  1. Material inspection and preparation
We inspect incoming fabrics and trims. Cotton fabrics undergo pre-shrinking before cutting.
  2. Panel cutting and numbering
Our cutting team lays out the material, cuts the apron pieces, and inspects and numbers the panels for sewing.
  3. Sewing and accessory installation
Our team joins the panels, sews pockets and straps, installs hardware, and applies the agreed logo treatment.
  4. Pressing and inspection
We press the aprons, remove loose threads and marks, and check the finished construction and measurements against the approved requirements.
  5. Packing and quantity checks
Our packing team folds, tags, bags, and cartons the aprons as required, then checks quantities before shipment release.

Checks Before, During, and After Sewing

Our quality team works across incoming materials, production, and finished goods. Inspection tables, measuring tools, a colour-comparison cabinet, and pull-testing equipment support the checks.

  • Incoming materials
Incoming inspection covers fabric weight, shade, colourfastness, and shrinkage; leather thickness, feel, and colour differences; and trim specifications and quantities.
  • Work in progress
During production, our team checks cut dimensions, stitch spacing and tension, pocket position and symmetry, and the security of buckles and eyelets.
  • Finished aprons
Final inspection covers holes, skipped stitches, stains, loose threads, and colour differences. We also measure the apron and straps and check labels, packaging, and quantities against the order requirements.

Questions About Production and Inspection

Answers about material preparation, construction checks, outside processes, and ways to review the work.

We check incoming fabric weight, colour, colourfastness, and shrinkage, along with the relevant trim specifications. For leather, checks also cover thickness, feel, and colour differences. Cotton fabrics undergo pre-shrinking before cutting.
During production, we check cut dimensions, seam spacing and tension, pocket position and symmetry, and the security of installed buckles and eyelets. Final inspection also covers apron dimensions and neck- and waist-strap lengths.
Some special printing, leather engraving, special washing, or third-party testing may be handled externally. We assess suppliers for that work, while our quality team carries out incoming inspection and finished-product checks.
Final inspection covers appearance, dimensions, accessories, labels, packaging, and order quantities. We inspect to AQL criteria or the customer’s requirements; the applicable checks are determined for the project rather than treated as one fixed standard for every apron.
