Terms of Service
These terms apply to business inquiries and custom apron orders with LuxoApron Co., Ltd.. We supply business customers through quotations and written order documents. Terms accepted for a specific order take priority where they differ from these general terms, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Effective date: October 14, 2026
1. Website Use
This website introduces our apron business and allows business customers to contact us. Sending an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or discussing a project does not by itself create an order. Order terms are established through written documents accepted by both parties.
Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not submit materials you are not authorized to use, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another party’s rights.
2. Product Information
Website images, descriptions, and examples illustrate our products and customization options. Your order is based on the accepted quotation, approved artwork, applicable sample, and other agreed order documents. Materials, dimensions, colors, quantities, packaging, and special requirements are confirmed before production.
3. Quotations
Prices are based on the requested materials, specifications, quantities, processes, packaging, and delivery requirements. Applicable product, sample, tooling, packaging, freight, tax, and other charges, including any exclusions, are disclosed before you commit to an order, make payment, or authorize chargeable work.
Validity and changes: The quotation states its validity and payment arrangements. Changes to requirements may affect the price or schedule. We explain the effect and obtain written agreement before carrying out work that creates additional charges.
4. Samples
Samples help you review the agreed materials, construction, dimensions, colors, decoration, and other details. The sample scope, preparation arrangements, revisions, and approval method are recorded before sample work begins. Applicable samples must be approved in writing before production.
Sample charges: The sample quotation identifies the fee based on design and production techniques, shipping costs, included revisions, and any expressly agreed credit or refund conditions. Additional revisions or new requirements are assessed and quoted for approval before that work begins.
5. Orders and Payments
Both parties confirm the quotation, specifications, and applicable order documents in writing. Payment amounts, payment methods, payment stages, and responsibility for transaction charges are recorded before payment is due. Production starts after the agreed artwork, specifications, applicable sample, and payment conditions have been satisfied.
Changes and cancellation: Please request any change or cancellation in writing as soon as possible. We assess the order stage, completed work, and materials already purchased that cannot be cancelled. We explain the available options, any resulting costs, and any amount remaining refundable, then confirm the arrangement in writing, subject to the order and applicable law.
6. Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property
When supplying artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, patterns, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have the permissions needed for the proposed use. Each party must respect the intellectual property rights relevant to the project.
Customer materials are used only as needed to assess and fulfill the agreed project. Publishing a customer’s logo, artwork, or project images requires their authorization. Rights in website content and other materials remain with their respective owners unless a valid written agreement provides otherwise.
7. Production Tolerances
Any permitted variation in dimensions, color, decoration placement, stitching, material appearance, or quantity must be recorded in the agreed specifications or quality standards. Products are assessed against those requirements and the applicable approved sample. An unspecified manufacturing variation does not excuse a failure to meet the agreed requirements.
8. Shipping
The written order identifies the delivery schedule, shipping arrangements, freight charges, taxes, customs responsibilities, any agreed insurance, and allocation of transport risk. Estimates and any committed delivery dates are distinguished in the order documents.
Customer approvals, specification changes, production circumstances, carrier operations, or customs procedures may affect timing. We communicate known material delays and discuss their effect on the order. A delay does not automatically remove either party’s obligations or remedies under the order and applicable law.
9. Inspection, Returns and Refunds
Please inspect delivered goods and email info@luxoapron.com promptly if you find an issue. Include the order reference, affected quantities, a description, and photographs or other supporting evidence. We review the issue against the agreed specifications. Any inspection or claim period in the accepted order applies subject to applicable law.
Returns and remedies: Products made to approved specifications are not offered with change-of-mind returns unless agreed or required by applicable law. This does not exclude claims for non-conforming goods, incorrect items, shortages, or damage. Depending on the issue, the order, and applicable law, a resolution may include rework, supply of missing goods, replacement, or an appropriate refund. Before returning goods, contact us to confirm the return method, address, and allocation of costs. For an agreed refund, we confirm the amount and processing arrangements and communicate the payment provider’s expected processing time.
10. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for its obligations under the accepted order and applicable law. Any specific allocation of responsibility must form part of a valid written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
External websites and communication, payment, or delivery services are operated by their providers, whose terms may apply to those services. Links do not imply an endorsement or special affiliation. Using a third-party service does not remove our obligations under the accepted order or applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
Any valid provisions on governing law and dispute resolution in the accepted order apply subject to mandatory law. Where no such agreement exists, the applicable law and competent forum are determined under the relevant legal rules.
Resolving concerns: Please contact us in writing with the order details and a description of the concern. The parties will first seek a practical resolution through discussion, without limiting any right to pursue a remedy under the order or applicable law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may publish updates on this page as our website or business arrangements change. The effective date identifies this version. Updates apply prospectively and do not replace terms already accepted for an order unless both parties agree in writing, subject to applicable law.
