Coverage, Fit, and Pocket Options

Full-length and waist-only cuts provide different coverage, with straps and pocket layouts tailored to the job.

  • Full-Length Coverage
Adult bib-style aprons use a general reference of 70–90 cm long and 60–80 cm wide. The pattern can be adjusted for kitchen, cafe, or workshop use.
  • Cross Back or Neck Straps
Cross back straps spread support across the shoulders; bib styles use an adjustable neck strap. A 60–80 cm neck strap is a general reference, subject to the chosen style.
  • Waist Aprons and Ties
Waist styles leave the upper body uncovered for service work. General waist-tie references are 90–120 cm; the apron length and ties are confirmed for the chosen cut.
  • Pockets for Daily Tools
Bib styles can use 1–3 pockets, while work styles can include tool loops, ruler pockets, and hammer holders. Pocket sizes and positions can be tailored to the items carried.

Materials for Service and Work

Woven fabrics, leather, and coated materials offer different weights, textures, and care needs for service and work aprons.

  • Cotton Canvas
100% cotton canvas at 200–400 g/m² offers a textured woven surface for everyday staff aprons. Washed finishes can give it a softer, worn-in look.
  • Polycotton and Denim
Polycotton suits uniforms that need easy care and resistance to wrinkles. Denim provides a casual appearance, with washed or distressed finishes for cafes and bars.
  • Cowhide or PU
Top-grain and split cowhide offer genuine leather surfaces for bar and hospitality aprons. PU provides a separate synthetic option; the material choice changes the feel and weight.
  • Waterproof Materials
PVC, TPU-coated fabric, and waterproof nylon in 200–400 g/m² options suit wet kitchen and cleaning tasks. Seam treatment and the required water resistance need to match the use.

Add Your Logo and Artwork

Embroidery adds texture, printing carries graphic detail, and debossing creates a recessed mark in leather.

  • Embroidered Logos
Embroidery gives small logos a raised thread finish on canvas, denim, and work aprons. Very large or intricate artwork needs review before sampling.
  • Screen-Printed Graphics
Screen printing gives cotton and canvas aprons clear single-color or multicolor graphics. The number of print colors affects the decoration cost.
  • Full-Color Printing
Heat transfer suits detailed or gradient artwork on polycotton and suitable waterproof fabrics. Direct-to-garment printing is an option for full-color artwork on light-colored canvas.
  • Debossed Leather Branding
Debossing presses a recessed logo into leather for a subtle, textured mark. The selected leather and artwork determine the final appearance.

Finish Your Aprons with Labels and Trim

Small details connect the apron to your brand and influence how the finished piece looks and adjusts.

  • Woven Brand Labels
A woven label adds a compact brand mark without a large printed area. It can be incorporated into the apron design for a discreet finish.
  • Care Labels and Hangtags
Main labels, fiber-content labels, care labels, and hangtags identify the product and provide information for staff use or retail presentation.
  • Straps and Buckles
Cotton or nylon webbing can pair with suitable slider, quick-release, or other available buckles. Strap material and hardware shape change the look and adjustment method.
  • Contrast Trim and Metal Details
Contrast edging creates a defined outline for uniforms. Rivets and eyelets can add a metal accent or reinforce selected points on denim, leather, and work styles.

Packaging for Staff, Retail, and Gifts

Individual bags, paper wrapping, boxes, and hangcards offer different presentations for staff issue, retail display, and branded gifts.

  • Individual Plastic Bags
Individual plastic bags separate aprons for staff distribution or retail handling. An agreed packaging label identifies the contents.
  • Acid-Free Paper
Paper wrapping creates a simple folded presentation inside a box. It suits aprons that will be presented as a branded gift.
  • Kraft Paper Boxes
A kraft paper box gives a folded apron a defined retail or gift format. Box design and structure are reviewed for the chosen apron.
  • Hangcards and Outer Cartons
Hangcards provide a branded display option, while custom outer cartons organize the shipment. Carton marks and barcodes help identify packed items.

Apron Materials and Supporting Documents

Material composition and care needs vary across the range. Supporting documents apply to the materials and activities stated in their scope.

Canvas, Blends, and Coatings

Canvas offers a textured woven look, while polycotton resists wrinkling for regular uniform use. Leather is generally heavier; coated fabrics suit wet tasks where a wipeable surface matters.
